Carp fried in beer batter. 1 cup beer 1 cup flour 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda
Blend flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add beer and eggs and stir until batter is light and frothy. Dip boned fillets in batter and deep-fry at 375oF until golden.
