1 Turkey breast 1/2 cup of cooking oil 1/2 cup dry vermouth 1 Teasthingy celery salt 1 Teasthingy parsley flakes 1/2 Teasthingy savory salt and pepper
With a sharp fillet knive,seperate the meat from the bone.Cut the meat against the grain,into 1/4 inch thick slices.Put the slices in a nonmetal bowl with the cooking oil,vermouth,celery salt and parsley.Mix well and marinate for about 3 hours.Heat a large frying pan and add 3 Tablesthingys of marinade.Over high heat,fry the turkey slices quickly for about 2 minutes on each side.Don't overcook or the meat becomes tough.Add more marinade if necessary.Place the cooked meat on a heated platter,in a preheated oven to keep it warm entill all pieces are done.serves 4
